Vodafone Cash is the mobile money service offered by Vodafone to its customers.

Vodafone Ghana also rolled out its mobile money service known as Vodafone Cash, which allows its customers to send and receive money.
To use Vodafone cash, one must register before they will be able to use the service. We have compiled the ways through which you can register effortlessly into the Vodafone cash mobile money service below.
Before you can register, you will need to have your identification cards such as a voter card, driver’s license, or valid passport ready.
Your details will also be needed during the registration process.
Registering Your Vodafone Cash Through Vodafone Agent
You can easily register for Vodafone cash by visiting the nearest Vodafone agent.
- Visit a Vodafone agent with your valid ID card.
- Fill out the form that will be handed to you with all the correct information needed. The name you provide must match the one seen on your national identification card.
- The agent will then dial the information you provided into the Vodafone cash system to finalize your registration.
Online Registration
- To be able to register for the Vodafone cash service online, you will have to visit http://vodafone.come.gh/personal.vodafonecash.user-application/
- You will be required to provide some information which will include your first and last names as they appear on your national identification cards, your residential address, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email.
- Once you are done with all these, you then click on the ‘register’
- A confirmation message will later be sent to you. You then confirm the registration by selecting 0
- Now, you will need to set up your PIN pass and then confirm it to make sure that it is correct.
You can also call the customer service of Vodafone Ghana to get yourself registered for the Vodafone cash. You can do so by calling their customer care line on 100.
An employee will take you through the registration process easier and you will be done in no time.
Customers who use this method must still have their national identification cards at the ready together with all the necessary information that will be needed such as name, date of birth, gender, and address.
How To Send Money Using Vodafone Cash
Once the registration is done, you will then be able to start sending and receiving money.
To send money, follow the steps below
- Dial *110#
- Choose ‘send money’
- Type in the number of the recipient
- Now enter the amount you wish to send
- Enter your PIN pass
- Then press ‘1’ to confirm the transaction
How To Withdraw Money From Vodafone Cash
To withdraw money from your Vodafone cash account. Follow these steps
- Dial ‘110’
- Choose ‘withdraw money
- Enter your phone number
- And then you enter your PIN pass again
- Confirm the transaction by pressing ‘1’
How To Pay Bills Using Vodafone Cash
You can also use your Vodafone account to pay various bills as long as the entity you are paying has registered his or her number for mobile money service.
- You can do this by dialing *110# again
- You choose ‘pay bill’
- Now you select the kind of you are set to pay
- Select ‘1’to confirm
- Now you enter the amount of bill you are paying.
- You then enter your PIN to finalize the whole transaction
How To Check Your Vodafone Cash Balance
To check the balance of your Vodafone cash account, follow these simple steps
- Dial ‘110’
- Choose ‘my account’
- Choose ‘show balance’
- Now enter your PIN pas
